By visiting or buying from BGK Pet Supply Co. you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.
Using the store
You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it.
Products and pricing
- We do our best to display colours and detail accurately, but we cannot guarantee your screen shows them exactly.
- Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown at checkout.
- We may limit quantities, and we may discontinue any product at any time.
- Occasionally a product is listed with an incorrect price or description. We reserve the right to cancel any such order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. If we cancel an order we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. We may refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason.
Intellectual property
The BGK Pet Supply Co. and Bullies Galore Kennels names, logos, crest, product photography and site content are our property or used under licence. You may not reproduce, resell or use them commercially without written permission.
Product use and safety
Headwear and wearable items for animals should be introduced gradually and never left on an unsupervised animal. Collars, leads and harnesses are tools, not restraints, and no product is indestructible. Inspect gear regularly, retire anything that shows wear, and never leave a dog unsupervised in a collar in a crate or on a tether. You are responsible for choosing the right size and for supervising your animal.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BGK Pet Supply Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
Third-party links
The store may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated terms.
