Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day ship the same day. After that, or at a weekend or US holiday, they ship the next business day. You get a tracking email as soon as the label is made.
Rates
- Free standard shipping on US orders over $75
- Standard, under $75: $6.00 (3–5 business days)
- Expedited: $14.00 (2 business days)
- Overnight: $29.00 (next business day)
Where we ship
All 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii, plus APO/FPO addresses. Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO orders travel by USPS and can take an extra 3–7 business days. We do not ship internationally yet.
Lost, late or damaged
- Marked delivered but missing? Wait 24 hours, then tell us and we will open a trace.
- Damaged in transit? Send a photo within 7 days and we will replace it.
- Stuck in transit? If tracking has not moved in 7 business days we will replace or refund.
