How it works
- Email us at support@bgkpetsupply.com with your order number, within 30 days of delivery.
- We send a prepaid label, usually the same business day.
- Pack it up in original condition, tags on where they came with tags.
- Refund or swap. Refunds land 3–5 business days after we receive it. Exchanges ship as soon as the return scans.
What we can take back
- Unworn apparel and hats in original condition within 30 days.
- Anything defective, at any point inside the first 30 days.
What we cannot
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Gear chewed through, used extensively, or washed against the care instructions.
- Final sale and clearance items, and gift cards.
